FUNdRaising Events and Large Group Events
If you have a large event with a lot of people and you want to keep them all entertained or help your organization raise money, we have the experience and ability to help you with our gaming truck.
We will set our trailer up with popular games and rotate players (up to 20 at a time) in 10-15 minute intervals. Don’t worry about the size of your group; we will keep them enjoying the fun. If they are buying tickets to benefit your cause, they will typically jump out, buy more tickets and return to the gaming! Where else can you have 20 players all playing the same game against each other or all playing 5 separate games in a safe and contained area? Rolling Game Station is Great Fun for ALL ages and the Game Coach is there to keep the games Rolling and help if needed.
How can my organization raise money with Rolling Game Station?
We can set up our trailer with up to 4 different games at once, allowing up to 16 people to rotate through our trailer at a time. Each time a guest enters, they must have a ticket sold by your or your organization.
Example: Tickets are sold for $3/each. We can rotate 16 players in at once for 10 minute intervals.
16 players X $3/player = $48 every 10 minutes. We generally can rotate up to 5 groups per hour or 5x$48=$240/hour in funds for your organization!
A 4-hour event could make up to $960 with a $3 ticket price. You set the price of the ticket…and watch the results add up! All you need to do is bring the people into the event!
Schools can invite Rolling Game Station to come in one day and treat kids to time in the mobile game theater for rewards for great school work, grades, projects or class bonding — we have educational titles!
Rolling Game Station can come out to your event and help you to draw families in! We will set up in front of your location and our trailer will help to generate interest in what’s going on at your location. Parents will enjoy the option to allow the kids to play while they explore what you have to offer.
Need an AWESOME give away idea for your promotion or event? Rolling Game Station can provide you with a pre-paid party to auction off or for you to give away as part of your promotion.
QUESTION: How do I do this? How do I look into booking a video game party?
ANSWER: Use the “Check Dates/Book Now” page and send in your date time and we’ll respond letting you know if it is available. Just confirm and that’s it!
QUESTION: How do I secure my video game party date and time?
ANSWER: Your video game party will not be secured until your payment is received. All birthday party dates and times will be considered “open” until payment has been received. This means you could potentially lose your requested date and time if you delay payment.
QUESTION: How do I know the video game trailer can come to my house?
ANSWER: Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. However, we will ALWAYS park on the street unless it is prohibited by law or is unsafe. As long as your driveway or street is not a very sharp hill, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot! In the event you can’t have our Mobile Game Theater come to your home, we have some partner businesses who will allow you to use their facility to host our Game Theater! See our “hosted parties” page here for more info. The final say in where we park will always be on the gaming truck’s driver not the customer.
QUESTION: Will the kids know what to do at a video game party?
ANSWER: That’s why we bring our Game Coach! He helps the kids along, and keeps the games Rolling. We make sure it’s the birthday party of the year!
QUESTION: Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?
ANSWER: If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. We always play age appropriate games at our video game parties unless instructed otherwise by the host. The game coach will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and make sure they are having the time of their lives!
QUESTION: What about bad weather?
ANSWER: We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive.
QUESTION: What time should I make the video game party?
ANSWER: We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first & they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!
QUESTION: What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
ANSWER: Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll keep them all having fun! They may just need to take turns.
QUESTION: Do I request certain games?
ANSWER: We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event successful. We do request that if you want “M” rated games you send us an e-mail or list them in the comments section when booking. You can see our game list here.
QUESTION: Do I tip the Game Coach?
ANSWER: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He keeps your video game party Rolling! Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.
QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?
ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay on line or make other arrangements with us. Otherwise, your date and time is still open for booking by others.
QUESTION: How do the invitations work?
ANSWER: As soon as you confirm your party on line, we mail invitations to you so you can get your video game party Rolling.
QUESTION: What time will you be arriving?
ANSWER: The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your birthday party or event at the designated start time. Normally between 10-20 minutes ahead of time.
QUESTION: Where can I view your official policies?
ANSWER: You can view them here.
