PARKING
Our truck is 53 feet long by 8’6″ wide and approximately 9’10 inches high. Street parking is preferred. 

We will need ample space to park at your location and it is your responsibility to ensure we can get into and out of your location.  When a booking is submitted we do our best to survey your area using Google Maps and Google Earth.  Our Game Coaches are experienced drivers but will not place the equipment or someone else’s property in jeopardy. They will try to work with you as much as possible but the driver has the  final say. If we arrive to your location and cannot safely park we will treat the party as a no show unless other arrangements can be made. Unfortunately, in most situations, we cannot extend the time we are on location while traveling to the new location. Rolling Game Station personnel will not make special trips to ensure we can park at your location unless it is in our immediate area. Please make sure to let us know of any low bridges or traffic construction in your area.  

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY 
This policy will take effect upon receipt of payment for any party or event.  Payments are refundable up to 14 days prior to your originally scheduled party/event date minus a $75 service/account maintenance charge. No refunds will be made within 14 days of the scheduled event. By submitting a booking or a payment you confirm that you have read and agree with our refund policy.

TRAVEL FEE
Rolling Game Station/E&M Kazanjian, LLC will apply a travel fee for all parties or events over 45 minutes from the 19335 zip code. The rates are:  45-59 minutes- $50, 1 hour- 1hr 15 mins- $75.  Bookings are not accepted over 1hr 15 mins of travel time. You can check your location by going to Google Maps or MapQuest and getting directions from your address to the 19335 zip code. 

BAD WEATHER
Rolling Game Station’s trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If you’re aware of a pending weather event that may threaten your party, please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.

Road conditions play a big part in our service. As long as it is safe to drive our equipment we will be there. The decision on travel safety is made solely by the owners or their designee. 

Roads and Driveways must be clear of snow and ice with plowed roads allowing us to park on the roadway while still allowing for the safe passage of traffic. If the driveway or street parking is not accessible, our staff has the right to refuse service at the time of the event. Large snow falls will require the end of the driveway to be widened to allow our theater to access the driveway. 

TIPS 
The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
All payments made to Rolling Game Station are done on-line via our secure gateway.  In the rare case a check is accepted via mail, please make the check payable to our parent company, E&M Kazanjian, LLC 

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers can be purchased on line to give a party as a gift to a friend or a loved one.  Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for a refund and must be used within 1 year of issuance.  The vouchers do not cover additional travel fees which may be incurred for locations outside of our primary service area.   If you are unsure if the person you are buying the voucher for is within our primary service area, please send us an email (sales@rollinggamestation.com) with their address and we will let you know.  Parties scheduled with vouchers may cancel their parties up to 10 days in advance and still maintain a valid voucher. Parties canceled within 10 days will not be refunded. We will always reschedule to another available time without penalty up to 5 days in advance. 

PRIVACY
Rolling Game Station is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN
Rolling Game Station does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times. Guests 16 and over require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise. 

ALCOHOL/DRUGS
You may serve alcohol at a Rolling Game Station event or party; however, we may require an on-site security surcharge and/or security deposit when alcohol is being served. We may and reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Rolling Game Station equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately. 

DAMAGE/INJURY
Rolling Game Station, E&M Kazanjian, LLC or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Rolling Game Station reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients guests. Rolling Game Station, E&M Kazanjian, LLC or their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host. 

FOOD/DRINK
Rolling Game Station does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

PICTURES
While your party is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on Rolling Games Station’s Facebook Fan Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Fan Page please notify us prior to the party. This is a FREE service we try to provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens. 

VIDEO GAME RATINGS
Rolling Game Station will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please send an Email to sales@rollinggamestation.com indicating the game you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he gets there. It is also recommended that all clients Email Rolling Game Station with their game requests.
